The 2022 season started off rough for the Packers. Aaron Rodgers got his money 150 million dollars guaranteed but also lost his favorite wide receiver and arguably the best receiver in the league Davontae Addams. Rodgers has been at odds with the front office for years now. He's been wanting them to draft a receiver in the first round and they have not. Last year's draft was no difference they drafted Christian Watson in the second round and drafted Romeo Doubs in the 4th round. It took Rodgers until late into the season to trust the young receivers especially Christian Watson. But he has been on a tear lately as he has 7 touchdowns in his last 7 games.
The Packers have found a way to win games despite Aaron Rodgers not playing at an MVP level. They run the ball and they play defense and that formula has worked over the last several weeks. Aaron Jones has been sensational this year as he has made an argument to be a top 10 running back this season. The Packers defense has been at the top of there game lately. Jaire Alexander called his shot and locked down Justin Jefferson arguably the best receiver in the league. The Packers also went down to Miami and limited the most explosive receiving duo in the league. When the Packers play defense and run the ball like how they have been doing they can beat anyone.
Aaron Rodgers has proven to be a top five QB ever. He's a 4 time NFL League MVP and has been dubbed the greatest thrower of the football in NFL history. He's been slightly off this year as this is the first year he has thrown double digit interceptions in 12 years. He's also often been a little harsh on the young receivers and hasn't played his best in the big games. But I have the ultimate confidence in Aaron Rodgers. Win and your in this is a game for the MVP to win. I believe Aaron Rodgers reminds us tomorrow night on Prime Time why he is HIM. He predicted this and he never gave up even when experts said the Packers should bench him so they could get a look at Jordan Love.
